Spreads For Breads

1. Butter or Mayonaise based Spreads
French or Italian bread, 1/2″ Slices Crosswise
Wrap in Foil. Bake 425 degrees – 15min, fold
back foil, Bake 15 more min.
1/2 cup or 1 stick butter
1/2 cup each parsley chopped, and green onions

3. Crushed dried celery leaves, marjoram, sage or poultry seasoning & onion powder
3. 1/2 c. each chopped watercress + green onion
4. 1/2 c. blue cheese softened + 1 T. Parsley Flakes
5. 1/2 c. grated parmesan; dried parsley, garlic salt, oregano
6. lemon pepper marinade

Tp 1/2 c. mayonnaise add:
1. 1/2 c. finely diced swiss or Gruyere + dash cayenne
2. 1/2 c. parmesan grated + 1 T. Parsley Flakes
3. 1/2 c. Cheddar shredded + 1 T. Parsley Flakes

II. Oven Sprinkles: Any ready sliced bread, crusts off, cut in fingers, trainlges, cookie cutter shapes
Brush w/ margarine or butter add from list below. Bake 10 – 15 min
To 1 stick butter softened add:
sesame  seed
poppy seed
caraway seed
fresh onion rings and paprika
bacon bits
chopped fresh parsley
grated parmesan chopped green onions
lemon pepper mainade
