Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2 lbs Ground Dark Meat Turkey
4 Red or Yellow new potatoes (chunked)
1 Large Onion (cubed)
4 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 bunch fresh spinach (blanched & Chopped)
1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 tbs fresh thyme

Mix all ingredients together.
Pack into casserole dish.
Insert meat thermometer

Place dish in oven uncovered 50 mintues (or until thermometer reaches 170)
